Developed with over a decade of intentional interim experience, deep research into practices, methodology and case studies of nonprofit interim executive leadership, and ‘on the job’ experience as nonprofit CEOs leading through organization transitions. 

This is small cohort of live, virtual learning experiences of 6 sessions about Interim and Organization transition management and planning to organize your consulting business for providing interim executive services.  Each session is 2 hours and is now scheduled between the first Session on March 29 and final session on May 13th, 2022. There is reading, reflection, and writing homework between sessions.

Criteria for admission includes:

Multi-year experience as a nonprofit CEO/Executive Director or Nonprofit Board Chair/Officer; senior team nonprofit team member with knowledge of nonprofit finance and fundraising; or major funding leader *

Able to provide references for experience in leading nonprofits through change, turnaround, significant growth/downsizing/mergers, or other major directional shifts

R

Have studied and participated in training and study about Racial diversity, equity and inclusion and have deep understanding of change in systems, organizations, and ourselves

R

Capability to qualify and serve as an independent contractor during a nonprofit interim executive engagement without interruption for months long agreement with your client

R

Ability to participate in all 6 sessions of Intentional Interim Institute about practices, processes, and methods for serving as a qualified interim executive and do the homework reading, assignments between sessions

Registration Fee for the Intentional Interim Institute is $525 (Early bird fee is $ 475. If accepted and payment received by March 18,2022.

*Some exceptions can be made to this employment and experience history if executive leadership and nonprofit participation can be described and references provided, such as multiyear experience as a consultant to nonprofits and/or already have served as an interim executive to nonprofit and now seeking more official certification and professional development.
