About Lift Connection

The Lift Connection vets, trains, and coaches a support and referral network of professional interim executives for nonprofits going through leadership and organization transitions. The Lift Connection is organized and led by LevRidge Resources, CEO Kathy Ridge, who has over 15 years’ experience in nonprofit executive and transition leadership.

Lift Connection can connect nonprofit organizations with a senior level consultant for virtual or in- person interim leadership during the critical transition phase of a planned or sudden executive departure. Lift Connection will certify and refer nonprofit interim executive consultants to client organizations across the region for Interim Executives and Transition consulting engagements.


Contracting with a skilled, intentional interim executive will allow nonprofit organizations to focus on:

  • the search and recruiting of a new leader
  • making sound Board decisions for the future stability and growth of the organization guided by the interim leader
  • avoiding having to step into the daily operations of the nonprofit during the transition
  • allowing existing staff to stay focused on their work without taking on extra responsibilities due to leadership
